1. Savoury Mince & Rice

Ingredients:

  • 500g mince

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1 tin tomato & onion mix

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Method:

  1. Fry onion until soft.

  2. Add mince and cook until browned.

  3. Add carrot, curry powder, tomato mix.

  4. Simmer 15 minutes.

  5. Serve over rice.

2. Chicken & Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken pieces

  • 4 potatoes sliced

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Method:

  1. Layer potatoes and onion in oven dish.

  2. Place chicken on top.

  3. Drizzle oil and season.

  4. Bake 45 min at 180°C.

3. Tomato & Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macaroni

  • 1 tin tomato mix

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tsp garlic

Method:

  1. Cook macaroni.

  2. Fry onion & garlic.

  3. Add tomato mix.

  4. Stir into pasta.

4. Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup frozen veg

  • Soy sauce (optional)

Method:

  1. Fry eggs and scramble.

  2. Add veg and rice.

  3. Stir in soy sauce.

5. Sausage & Veg Tray Bake

Ingredients:

  • 6 sausages

  • 4 potatoes

  • 2 carrots

  • Oil & seasoning

Method:
Slice everything, toss in oil & bake 40 min.

6. Creamy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pasta

  • 1 tin tuna

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp flour

Method:

  1. Cook pasta.

  2. Make white sauce with flour and milk.

  3. Add tuna and pasta & mix well.

7. Sausage, Baked Beans & Mash

Ingredients:

  • 6 sausages

  • 1 tin baked beans

  • 4 potatoes

Method:

Fry sausages in a pan.

  1. Add baked beans and heat.

  2. Serve over creamy mas potatoes.
